Thank You!

The Quincy Porter Viola Works recording was made possible by many arts supporters throughout the country who graciously donated time and/or money to the project and believed in its mission. This recording would not be possible without them, and I am deeply grateful.

I'd also like to thank Bernadette Gillota at Independent Pictures for her help as fiscal agent.

The cover photos for the recording were made possible by Matthew Gregor, art director, Derryl Strong, photographer, and Inda Blatch-Geib, makeup, hair and wardrobe.

Matthew Gregor, art director

Since 2000 Gregor has produced work as a photographer, playwright, director, independent filmmaker and free-lance writer. Gregor's work has gravitated toward experimental, process-oriented work rather than commercial venues. His training has been as extensive as it has been eclectic—exposing him to an array of continents, cultures and spiritual disciplines.

Derryl Strong, photographer

Derryl Strong is a visual designer and photographer currently working for marketing company Insivia. He has 18 years photography experience, and an excellent eye for design with a fantastic business sensibility. His previous clients include DeLallo, Philips Magnavox, and Eastman Kodak.

Inda Blatch-Geib, hair, makeup, wardrobe

Inda Blatch-Geib’s work as a costume designer for nearly 500 theatrical and film releases has spanned over 20 years and crossed 4 continents including work off- Broadway and for The Colombian National Opera. A produced playwright, installation and glass artist, and author, Inda has been exhibited in one woman shows throughout Germany and South America as well as locally at the Akron Art Museum. Her puppet and mask work have been exhibited throughout Europe. ‘The Pieces of Me I Leave Behind,’ following the plight of homelessness in the Midwest will be installed in public venues throughout 2009.
