Hello,

I am one of Ruth Nelson's former 4th grade students from Ticasuk Brown Elementary back in 1987. I would like to see if I can see her. I remember you came to our class once. You look the same.

You look great! I have recently started back with my exercise routine, and I have to admit, I love lifting weights! My routines incorporate the whole body each time I do them. I truly feel the "burn" and now I am a wee bit sore. But that is ok... I will have better posture, and toned arms and legs! Keep it up! It will all be worth it!

Wow! I am no longer playing an instrument but I am moved to return to the gym daily after reading your comments. I also tend to be more attentive of my posture when I work out daily. I just need the discipline. Maybe I will pick up my violin again.
